2. Service Description
2.1 YoungMindsApp provides a screen time and device monitoring service for children’s digital usage, accessible through a parent dashboard.
2.2 During the Beta period, the Services are provided free of charge. YoungMindsApp reserves the right to introduce pricing in the future, with prior notice.
2.3 The Services are intended for use in a household setting only and are not designed or licensed for school or institutional use.
2.4 YoungMindsApp reserves the right to modify or remove features of the Services, especially during Beta.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and child protection regulations.
3.2 You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from monitored users, including informing children (as required by law) and securing parental authority.

5.2 You are the controller of all monitored personal data. You represent and warrant that you have the legal basis to collect and process such data under applicable data protection laws.

6.1 YoungMindsApp aims to provide continuous access to the Services but makes no guarantees regarding availability or uptime.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

11.1 These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YoungMindsApp and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
